I've spent over a decade working in commercial law — from high-volume contract work to building legal infrastructure for fast-moving companies in deep tech, defense, and government contracting. Along the way I noticed a consistent gap: most companies have no shortage of legal talent, but they lack the systems to use it well.

That's the problem I'm building toward — through my contract review practice BespokeDocs, through the tools I'm shipping, and through the writing I share here.

I'm also the founder of CousinVin — an attorney-first legal marketplace democratizing access to legal services for the people in the middle: too much income for legal aid, not enough for a lawyer on retainer.
