Contract Management

  • Managed federal and international FFP, CPFF, T&M, IDIQ, and SAP prime and subcontracts ranging from $30K to $14.5M through all stages from proposal to closeout for the Electronic Warfare Division.
  • Led negotiations on prime and subcontracts, IP arrangements, teaming agreements, software licenses, NDAs, associate contractor agreements, GSA teaming arrangements, task orders, and purchase orders.
  • Managed SRC's UK subsidiary's first subcontract to SRC, Inc. and led a major global collaboration between SRC and the Australian subsidiary of a top-tier U.S. defense contractor.
  • Advised senior leadership on contracts and business issues; researched FAR, DFARS, UK DEFCONs, Canadian Higher Complexity Terms, organizational conflicts of interest, foreign tax and regulatory issues, and enforceability of teaming agreements in the US and UK.
